"Charles and Kezia absolutely killed out. Couldn’t recommend them enough. They helped with the entire process from the very beginning to the end. They recommended we do a pre-inspection and take care of all the issues that came up from the inspection using recommended vendors they have used. They also made recommendations on things we should do to the house to attract the most buyers such as painting certain walls to recommending a vendor to make our yard look incredible. One of my favorite things about using them is they staged our whole house using furniture and items they have just for this reason. Once the house was staged and everything was done based on the recommendations it really looked great. The Photographer they use has some serious skills. She brought a drone and was able to capture some fantastic pictures and edited together an amazing video for the listing. Our house ended up selling for WAY over than what we listed it for due to having multiple offers to choose from.
